On Friday March 18th, I was screwing around about an hour before band practice. Brian, John, and I were all chilling. When
Keith our drummer drove by us I just felt like chasing him to get him over to chill for a minute too. With the rush of it
being spring break, and band practice, I was hyper and I jumped while running full speed in the road. When I landed (on one
leg) My knee felt like it dislocated and I fell to the ground as it popped back to place. I was on the ground as Brian and
John laughed, thinking I just fell like normal. I told them to get my mom with the wheel chair, and then when my mom came
I told her what happened, and told her that no matter what I wont miss band practice or the show. So....I came inside, got
a big ice pack, some tylenol, and crutches, and we went to band practice. After 2 hours my leg starting to hurt so bad I thought
I broke my leg, and we left. THe next day at the ER started off with the doctor drain 60 fucking CCs of blood from my knee
cap without any pain meds. It just kept getting worse and worse, and I told everyone I saw I was playing the show that night
no matter what* ha I was so drugged up that I told anyone I saw* After about 8 hours of the hospital, I came home, told everyone
what to grab for me, and went straight to the show fucked on pain killers. At the show it was fun as hell, and I couldn't
believe how well it went, but it's hard to remember it, because I was so drugged up it was exactly like a dream. Anyway...thank
you to everyone who helped me with the show, and to anyone who came out and supported us, I'm sorry I wasn't 100%. If you're
wondering what I did to my knee...I have 3 micro-fractures and a torn miniscus and a lot of trauma to the bones etc... I won't
be healed for a couple months, but we're still going to play shows!! SO MAKE IT OUT TO THEM!!-MIKE
In the past couple of months SimbiotiC has been going through a lot of tough times. A Month ago our lead guitarist Mike Kalasheh
left the band for undisclosed reasons, but soon returned a couple weeks later. Just Recently our Rythem Guitarist Kevin Padova

SimbiotiC to a higher level with his advanced guitar skills and his ability to write some kick ass music. With this new addition,
SimbiotiC will be rockin out harder than ever before! " i just want to tell everyone how happy i am i to be in simbiotic,
and that i still love the cronicle boys to death, but as i said on the guestbook, wait just fucking wait. you are all in for
something very special!"- brian
